Participants agree that their personal and contact details may be stored and processed electronically for the purpose of organizing the event. Participants‘ contact details will not be shared with third parties.
The organizer, or partners commissioned by the organizer, may take photographs and video recordings of participants and use them without restriction and without any time limitation. Most activities of Good Times Gravel will be accompanied by photography and videography. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree that the organizer, RadSportUnion Maria Enzersdorf and VERGE Austria may use the resulting image and video material worldwide and without time limitation for any purpose related to promoting the event, and may also share this material with third parties.
Participation in Good Times Gravel is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
The organizer accepts no liability for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or other damages (including damage to or caused by third parties), whether occurring before, during, or after any activities associated with Good Times Gravel. Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate personal liability insurance from an insurance provider authorized to operate in Austria.
The event takes place on public roads and paths. The routes are NOT closed to traffic. All participants must strictly comply with the applicable road traffic regulations. On all routes, participants must behave in a manner that does not endanger other road users.
Participants are required to ensure that their bicycles comply with all applicable legal roadworthiness requirements and are in safe operating condition.
Participants must comply with any instructions given by law enforcement authorities or event officials. In the event of violations of road traffic regulations, the organizer reserves the right to forward the participant’s personal data to the relevant authorities.
The organizer reserves the right to shorten the route or change start times due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant from Good Times Gravel if they behave improperly in any way or act contrary to the spirit of the event.
Each participant is solely responsible for their own health and physical condition. A medical check-up before participation is recommended.
Each participant should carry one or more spare inner tubes (or an appropriate repair kit for tubeless systems), as well as the necessary repair tools.
If the event is cancelled due to an official order or force majeure, a replacement date will be offered. All tickets will automatically remain valid for the replacement event. Participants may alternatively cancel their registration free of charge. In such cases, the starting place may also be transferred to another participant free of charge.
